Nortel EAC Domain Login

I am running EAC 4.15.
On setup it asks me if I want it to load as a system service (Domain Login) I select YES

Once rebooted the service does not start.
I have created my connection as usual but still no EAC comming up when attempting to login to the domain.
Any Ideas?
