Nortel digital set 3902 went out of service oftenly, I have 7 unserviceable sets. 03 having display problem.

How to recover them and how to safe them for future ?

I think it's just down to the age of these phones and how they have been used. There isn't much that you can do except to take them apart and try reseating some of the connections. You might be lucky in getting some to work using parts from another defective phone?.

There are several companies that will repair old nortel phones. i know the 3904s had display issues. something about a heat activated adhesive for the ribbon cable. We use a company called RockComm. We have had good luck with their repairs.
