I have a customer with a service blbg in the front of their lot that is pretrudes into their lot about 150' and the lot is 400 x 400 . they would like coverage for the intire lot for 2 cordless phones . does anyone have experience with the DMC design and range ?

I would say a 400x400 lot would probably need a basestation and repeater. But it also depends on the varaibles in the area. I suggest completeing a digital mobility deployment with the required tool.

Do you get better range from the repeater??

Well with the repeater you can add a external antenna to give you extended range for future expansion
