Does anyone know what may be the problem with Nortel digital mobility 7449 sets dropping calls..getting sync errors

I am having the same trouble with one of my systems. We recently converted all of our base 10's with base 19's and changed all of our 7440's to 7439's. Everything was working fine before we converted but we couldn't find any more of the older sets to purchase. I was thinking that I may need to update the flash on my controller, but I cant find the downloads anywhere. If you find a solution please keep me posted.....
