Does anyone know information on the two line sets 9417 and 9416 models? These sets use to be Nortel but now are under the Astra brand name.
I have a client that is having a problem with one set and it is affecting the other two sets. We have unplugged the one unit that is causing the ost greif and the other two seem to be working well now. Could this be a set issue or possibly a jack issue or.........
Looking for suggestions
Thanks
Dan

To test those 2 theory's relocate 1 good set to the suspected jack and see if the 2 sets work.
If they work then plug the suspected set into where the good set was...if same issue then bad set.

Great sets, used these in my dorm room in college on our Purdue SL-100 and then for a few years on my own before I inherited an actual Norstar DR5.1 system. I still have a few in a box and one I also gave to my condo building's front desk for the guard station. It was in the box for over 9 years and when opened, it retained all of the phone numbers and address book items I had placed in it 10 years ago....I actually found the phone number CLID info from the day I was offered my current job. They are the best sets on the market that are Norstar/Meridian One durability/quality but you can use on a typical POTS line.
