I am working on a full integration of RCC with dual forking.
I have two questions and hope someone out there can answer.
1. For a user that is just Enterprise Voice enabled (NO nortel ip set or enable pbx integration checked off in ocs) what is the correct configuration? Phantom DN forwarded to CDP of route? Uext? Or just CDP the DN to the sip route to OCS?
Right now i have a typical RCC user set up with their TN and also a line appear on the UXT with key 1 as hot p 3 xxx
xxx is the cdp that goes to MCM.
However with the user without the nortel station, this does not work for inbound traffic.
So i am looking for the correct configuration on the pbx for that user.
2. My RCC users, when they get a call, there is a redirect feature, when trying to redirect the call or forward..the call fails. from reading the Nortel integration doc that was released in Jan 09, it states this is a class of service on the sip trunks..does anyone know what that class of service is?
Thanks so much for your help
