Hello,
We have Unity Connection integrated with Nortel CS1000 via QSIG. We've noticed when we transfer a caller directly to voicemail, the message shows the caller ID of the person who transferred the call, not the caller who was transferred.
Has anyone noticed this and, if so, a fix? Thanks in advance.
