That should be fine, DID will work for outbound only PRIs. If DID for some reason does not work, use TIE. Just make sure when programming at the CLS prompt, enter UNR DTN.
Ultimately the carrier has a say, since their end has to be compatible with yours.
DID is generally the most common, and allows for a variety of possible restriction choices.
The carrier may specify "TIE", but to you, that means less restriction choices. It is very hard to control security on TIE, so DID is the preferred arrangement when the the path is between you and the outside world. DID and TIE are compatible. If the carrier says TIE, you can just make it DID.
The carrier may also specify COT, which is a different "starting" arrangement. The most common setup for anything that is "capable" of two-way calls is DID.
