NORTEL CS 1000 Telephony Manager TM new install error 1

I am installing a new version 3.10.28.41 of CS 1000 telephony manager. It will talk to the switch but when I click on SEARCH in the Telephone tab I get the following error...

Now, I'm new to Windows Server 2003, and I have no idea what to make of this error. I have loaded the patch from Nortel tech support, (patch TM3.10.28.41.zip). I can ping the CS1K from the server, and I can ping the Server from the CS1K. Anybody else have this problem?

Did you follow the specific steps in the NTP for configuring Win2k3? There are about 30 steps that must be followed.

Yes, I went through step by step starting on page 101 of the NTPs.

update windows and also use latest java update

Agree you need the latest Java update.

needs to be on Java 5.2 that comes with the software. If you have automatic updates turned on, it may have installed Java 6.

I uninstalled JAVA 6, and installed 5 rel2, but it still didn't work. So I uninstalled TM and then reinstalled TM and now it works! Thanks mdsikes for the help!!
