Nortel cs 1000...Issue with elan 1

Dears,

We re using cs1000 system in our office ,facing issue with elan.It is going disable mode automatically and getting enable automatically after 10 to 20 minutes.At disable state Expect SIP trunk every thing working fine.

For ELAn not using any switch and it is inter connected with cppm and MGC elan port.CLAn is connected to external switch.Please replay me

Do you have the CS ELAN and MGC connected to a hub? If you do, change it out to a switch. The CS ELAN is disabling due to far end, far end in this case could be the inactive core is having an issues or port where the CS is connnected on the hub/switch is having an issue

thank you for replay....There is no switch or hub used to connect ELAN,it is looped internally .ie CS ELAN is connected directly to MGC ELAN.It is a small configuration system with single CS cppm card and two MGC card. CLAN of MGC connected to external switch

Get yourself a switch and run all your MGC ELAN and the CS ELAN to it and see if that will stop your errors
