Nortel conversion with Unity

Where is RDNIS located in the pbx. I am having problems getting my unity to answer a nortel phone. It thinks the nortel phone is trying to check vmail instead of leaving a message. I was told that RDNIS might be my problem. Can someone help??

there is no RDNIS, you can find DNIS on the routes
