Person A configured with desktop phone (DN5671) and OC Client.
Person A configured with preferred Calling Device = Computer in OC Client.

Person B configured with desktop phone (DN5672) and OC Client.
Person B configured with preferred Calling Device = Phone in OC Client.

Person A makes a call from OC Client to Work 5672 (Person B).

Person B receive the call only on OC Client - the Desktop phone (DN5672) is not ringing.

Why is the OC Client only ringing and not the Desktop phone?

If changing preffered Calling Device = Phone on Person A - both the OC Client and desktop Phone on Person B is ringing.

Are the extns aquired?

They should aquire once you log into OCS client.

You have the ELAN 32 or higher configured and active?

Also do you have PCA configured to call the extn and to call over the Virtual Trunk to OCS?

You need to set HOT P 4 to a CDP > DSC to the Virtual Route. You will need a CDP entry in the NRS to point at the OCS endpoint.

Sl1input, everything is set up correctly. Other things works as supposed, but this issue is strange.
