Nortel Contivity VPN Client won't install

I've been at this for a while now. I've read the FAQ posted here:

My folder looks different and looks like this:
NT_IPSECSHM\0000\Driver = {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0012

Whereas the FAQ says to add the value, I have it already. I changed the string to be the same as the FAQ with no joy.

The exact error I get is:
Failed to get registry key value for NT_IPSECSHM:

System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0012\NetCfgInstanceId

I would appreciate any help or pointers at this stage.
