Nortel Contivity Client on Win Xp "Please Help"

After installing EAC.415 on my win xp computer when trying to log on I keep getting the message "authentification failure check user name and password and try again" The user name and password are correct. I only have this problem with the XP machines. I have installed the client on win 98 machines with no problem. What am I missing? Thanks for the help!

If you are a non admin user, this is a known anomalie under XP. This issue ist fixed in client version 4.65.

Thanks for the reply! Where can I find 4.65? I have looked but can't locate it. On this particular XP machine It has only the admin account. Thanks

If you are using XP, then 4.65.26 or later is the version to use. I would not even attempt anything prior to .26. Secondly, you need to be registered and have a services agreement with Nortel to download their software.
