Nortel Contact recording Problem - help please

Dears
I have Nortel Contact recording and quality monitoring
release 6.5
on a Symposium call center
The problem is i changed the place of saving
the call recording files from D: to E: ( Hard dsik )
But i lost all the files and call before this movement
And when i was trying to open them locally without using
the program , it appeared that they are coded !
do any one of you have any program to decode those files
so i can listen to them

You fast answer is appreciated

Right the files have to be encrypted for security purposes - I don't know of any decoder available for them. Why can't you open them using the program?
