Nortel Contact Recorder not storing Skill Set

Hi All,

We are using NCR7.0, CC7 and CS1000E Rls5.5.
We only have IP agents and we are recording their calls.
The recording is OK. NCR is collecting the Agent Id, CLID and DNIS.
However, the Skill set is always N/A in NCR. All the recorded calls are Skillset calls.

Is it a configuration issue or an NCR limitation if using CS1000E Rls<6.0?

Does any body know the password of the postgres user in NCR in order to check the postgres database tables?
