Nortel Contact Recorder can't record new call suddenly

Hi:
If anybody know under what situation, the NCR suddenly can't record call and no alarm in the alarm log.
Nortel CCM still can send all call events to NCR except start and stop recording signal (NCR version 6.0.1).

There is nothing change in the PABX and NCR for this DN before the problem occur.

Temporary Solution: Remove the DN in the NCR and add it again.
