I was wondering if there is any other contact application other than Symposium or the new CCMS that will intergrate w/ CSE 4.5...any 3rd party app???....Thanks in Advance

I think that all 3rd party apps integrate with Contact Center and not the PBX. I don't know of any 3rd party app that has the ability to take control of call routing.
