I recently removed a Nortel CICS that had received direct water damage by firemen fighting a fire at a clients office. The system went out. I have checked fuses and their good. Should I trash this CU, or is there anyway to bring it back "to life"...?

Well, the question is - will it fire up? What's a "went out" status?

If the fuses are good, the first thing you'd want to do with any piece of equipment that has been in contact with water is to clean it up. If you're gunna play to see if you can get it to work - take it apart and swab it with alcohol to get any residue off the contacts.
