Hey,
Does the Nortel Classic 48 show TX and RX errors on the DS3 level in relation to the facility? The old Fujitsu FLM products show RCV and TRMT errors as TRMT from facility/customer, RVC from the Ring/highspeed..
-or -
is a Nortel Classic 48 going to show the errors more like a Cisco 15454 & Fujitsu FW4500?
ie TRMT to facitily, RCV from facility..
Knowing the correct direction that TX or RX indicates makes a huge difference in troubleshooting. What I'm seeing on my network indicates that it shows RCV and TRMT errors like an older Fujistu FLM mux, but my co-workers are telling me it's just the same as a Cisco 15454 or Fuji FW4500....
thanks,
Matt
