Is it connected to the violet green pair on the trunk block.
Use a test set to see if your getting audio too to see i the device is putting out audio. It is out of the earphone jack?
Try your toner on the pair, it is the first thing to normally try and/or a test set on the music leads.
If all checks out ok then the CICS mobo is the fault.
