MOH and background music not working both are programmed to yes. Changed Ampenol cable.
Is this CICS, Trunk card or software problem?
 
Is it connected to the violet green pair on the trunk block.
Use a test set to see if your getting audio too to see i the device is putting out audio. It is out of the earphone jack?
 
Yes my music source has output on violet green pair on the trunk block.

Try reversing the polarity of the music wires, I had this happen to me once, switched plus and minus around and it started working.
 
Try your toner on the pair, it is the first thing to normally try and/or a test set on the music leads.

If all checks out ok then the CICS mobo is the fault.
