Nortel CICS 4x16 Call foward Outside

Hi Telecomm Wizards

Im more of IT but now need to hammer a Telephone solution for work. I need to be able to recieve a call and if not answered in 6 rings be able to transfer to a Outside Number. This is an old Nortel CICS 4x16 with 4 cooper co trunks as I understand.

Can this be done? Can anyome help me or guide me. I have tried several thibgs with call foward no answer but I know im missing several steps
Any kind soul that can help?

I believe software version on that CICS will be important. 4.1 or higher if I recall correctly.
