I'm working on replacing our current CT Connect CTI solution with Nortel CCT. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with CCT or if anyone knew of a forum that might have some information.

We are thinking of using this as well and I have been told that there is no one in the USA using this, 3-4 in the UK.

When all else fails.......quit!

we recently had CCT 5 installed last year - it was quite a unique experience...what do you want to know?
