Hey all- we are replacing out current CTI platform with CCT and a developed agent desktop solution for screen pop. We use Apect IVRs that currently interface with our CTI server. The CTI server passes caller info (such as ANI, DNIS) to the IVR. IVR passes data back to CTI after is does a data dip into our billing appl. My main question is does anybody out there currently use CCT with an Aspect IVR? Or CCT with another IVR manufacturer other than Nortel? Thanks.
