Nortel CCMA v6 Historical Reporting Hold Time

I'm trying to retrive hold time for agents ACD & DN calls to enable us to breakdown of total call time. I have tried using the report wizard with little success and currently we do not have access to a copy of Crystal reports.
I would be grateful if anyone has solved a similar problem & could share the solution.

Have you tried the following?

In RCW, Open existing report, Sample Reports, CS 1000 (M1), Agent Performance.rpt
Delete formulas in details you do not need and replace them with the (standard for that report) formula: @RCW_HoldTime ?
This formula holds the needed item iAgentPerformanceStat.HoldTime.

So my solution would be not to build a brand new report but just alter and use the sample report...
