As I'm watching the CLS I'm noticing that on our Nortel driver window I'm having sporatic Nortel / CAPI ConvertBufferFromServer errors (355).
Here's a little background on our systems from what I understand:
We're using a combination of loggers. we have 2 digital matrix loggers and 1 QA logger. We're pulling the QA logger because after 8 months of not being able to find calls / unable to search by agent name / they've decided that the combination isn't compatable. On the CLS we have a symposium driver, melita dialer driver, and a nortel driver.
If anyone has any idea about clearing these erorrs or if they are a product of poor configuration pleast let me know.
