Nortel CallPilot MWI Failure

Hi. Our system is no longed indicating incoming messages or clearing the indicator light when messages have been listened to. I assume it is some sort of MWI failure, I have rebooted the server but this does not clear the problem. Would welcome any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!
 
Did you just reboot the system or did you run through the config wizard and reboot it at the end of that?

There is a big difference. Running through the config wizard and the subsequent reboot resets the DSP's and a few other things. If you haven't done that you should.
