I have a Nortel 4.0 CallPilot delivering messages to a Cisco UCM 7.0 IP phone. The Nortel and Cisco have a QSig PRI setup between the two. Occasionally users are complaining that they have voicemail message in mailbox but no messaage indication or the message in the mailbox was left several days ago by the time stamp but just received in the mailbox today. Has anyone experienced this and resolved?
