Nortel callpilot 100

I have a customer that wants to record calls, I have read that it can be done using F989 and with a COS code. All the COS codes I saw all have an N for call recording, can anyone help on this? thanks Mike

Going through phone, do I need to go through browser to change the setting?

You might be able to I cannot recall on the 100/150's...when logged in try pressing MBOX then 1, then the COS # then keep pressing the OK/NEXT button.
While your at it you might want to change the annoying 90 day password expiry to 0.
It worked on the last NAM and the BCM so your in between.
