having problems with CP not answering calls. CP is up and running and says it is able to recieve calls but does not answer. we discovered that in this situation, when dialing from a voip phone, CP works but won't answer when called by a TDM phone. when the system is in this state, we can INI the switch and it clears the problem, for a while. any ideas?

This sounds like a patch. Release of switch?

We are DoD, Navy and are running Succession 5.0 W (DSN). I will propose this idea for a solution to my vendor. Thanks.

I would Check your power/earthing on the CS1000K aswell
