NORTEL C200 Companion (not MICS XC)

I have a Nortel C200 Companion (C200a CT2 UK) system with very little documentation.
I can access the:
Configuration menu Fr**0
Administration menu Fr**9
Startup menu Fr**1

The system also accepts Fr**3 but I don't know what this menu is or what the default password for this menu is.
Does anyone know this system?

I have 2 line cartridges (trunk cards) installed in the KSU, but it doesn't seem to recognize them under Config: WAL (wireless access line). Do the wireless access lines need to be in external trunk modules for the software to recognize them?
