Nortel BUG 1369 Error

I just turned up my internal spans on my Option 11 and when I dial our internal 7 digit dial plan I get this error.

Everything looks fine and my spans are clean with no errors. I can't find the problem. Anything would help.

it sounds like the DMS is not set up correctly
in the DMS under the LTDEF table it needs to be set up as SL1PROFILE
