Hi Nortel experts-
I am a newbie with Nortel phones - please bear with the following details!
1.
Problem:
User2 is getting User1's Nortel - Phone VM mesg's via Unified Messaging in her Outlook client email?
2.
Details:
Checked call pilot administration console.
Mailbox is configured to send message attachments to User1 only.
There may be a rule in outlook or my call pilot interface.
Checked User1's machine.
She gets the messages correctly in Outlook.
Logged on to server and went Nortel Call Mgr.
Checked mailbox settings for mailbox.
It is set to forward to User1 and there is only one email in the field.
Checked her rules in Outlook and she had a rule set to forward messages from the online claims extension to User2.
Deleted that rule and left another test v/m on user1.
User1 says User2 still getting a copy of the Email message.
Tried a couple of other tests with the express messaging option on and off in mailbox admin.
Checked with User1 & 2 in the am to see the status of those messages.
Also checked header info on the messages to User2.
Turned off express messaging line - Was set to 168 and fax only was checked.
This was the only mailbox(user1) with that setting enabled.
Called and left v/m in User1's mailbox to test.
User2 is still getting a message forwarded to her inbox.
3.
What else have we missed?
Or other details are needed?
Thanks for any help!
