Nortel BCM50 - Voicemail & Autoattendand

Hi There

I have a BCM50 setup for autoattendand.
I have two problems with it, but not sure how to resolve it, hoping that you can help?
1) Each DN has a shortcut key to it, and is set to FWD to 334(Voicemail) on no answer. However the call never gets to voicemail?
2) Whenever someone calls through using the autoattendand, the Handset shows Voicemail calling? Can that be changed?

I was also wondering, is there any way to send someone back to the autoattendand? So if they pushed the wrong key and got to the wrong person?
