Our company has recently moved into a new building and we rewired everything to suit our needs. We have noticed that some of our calls coming in have static/crackling noise on random lines. The caller cannot hear it, we hear it only on our end. This would explain some of the complaints that some faxes are not coming in. No errors are generated in the BCM50. We had our T1 service provider monitor all lines and said everything seemed clean. We feel we have ruled out electrical interference as it does occur on every call. Anyone ever see anything like this?

Make sure that the clocking is set correctly for your T1.

Thanks for your response. I don't know enough about that side of the system because I have never set one up from scratch, just did the physical move ourselves to our new building to cut moving costs down, is there some direction you can point me to with some setting suggestions?

If,"you don't know that much about that side of the system", Get your local vendor out there to do some diagnostics and check the system configuration and your carriers config. I'll bet you have a mis-match.
