Nortel BCM50 R.2 Applications Tab dissapeared.

Hello! I recently acquired a Nortel BCM50. I'd like to play with the MOH, but after restarting the BCM-50 the Applications Folder dissapears. I've done a level 1 reset and it still does it. Im afraid to do a Level 2 reset because I don't want to lose my keycodes (even tho I do have the .LIC file, im still very weary)


Also, If anyone knows how to still get keycodes, please tell me. I know you can't solicite on here, but any info helps.

Do it every time you update Java.

Yes it's possible to get keycodes.

You haven't said what version of Element Manager you are using. It's best to use the Avaya one as older EM versions can cause screens to not appear.
