We replaced a Nortel CICS with a BCM50 and we're trying to get a page speaker to work. It is hooked up to the Page-Output (orange-black) pair and we have 24 vdc going to the speaker. If we put a tone on the pair going to the speaker we can hear the tone. However, when we try to do a page from a phone nothing comes over the speaker. Is there any specific that needs to happen in the programming to turn this port on?Any suggestions on what to try or what could be wrong? Thanks for your help.
