Nortel BCM50 Call Center Reporting fail to complete installation

Hi,

We have issue with Reporting Call Center (CCR) with BCM50, we have reinstall the whole RCC server and it is stucked when trying to retrieve historical reporting during the install

We have the BCM 50 installed and RCC verification tool does not report any error , however when downloading data from the server to the reporting workstation , no data is downloaded and the system is reporting the following error message:

Error! Connection to Contact Center Failed - Retrying (8).

Any idea what can be this issue ?

Make sure the password is the same in RCC and BCM contact centre
