Hi, we purchased a used BCM400 last year and stored it during a relocation. Last week we installed it, and there have been no end of problems with voicemail features. 985 states inactive feature, 981 same thing. When we reboot the system, it works for a while then stops. The infamous capacitors are blue and pristine and the dealer recommended a crash kit (bcm without the msc) but I read a few docs that say the msc runs the voicemail. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
