Nortel BCM400 CallPilot voice mailbox reverts when forwarded 3

I have forwarded (Fwd All) extension 2303 to another extension, 2312, and the person at 2312 wants to receive the VMs from 2303. The calls ring at 2312, but VM always reverts back to 2303. I have removed all forwarding to the VM system (CallPilot) on 2303. The "Vmsg Set" checkbox for 2303's Target Line is also unchecked. I don't see how the calls are getting to her voice mailbox.

Any ideas ?? Any help is appreciated.
 
That's the way the system is designed to work. The call carries it's original destination with it as it gets forwarded through the system and the voice mail system sees that information and dumps the call into the original destation mailbox.
 
check to make sure the first users mailbox is not using an alternate greeting, also review transfer callback on the system and hunt groups with those users associated together.
 
If 2303 does not need a mailbox then just out it and put 2303 as an alternate ext in the mailbox of 2312.
