Nortel BCM400 - All calls being directed to the General Mailbox instead of Auto Attendant

We are currently running into an issue where all external calls that are incoming are going to the general mailbox instead of hitting our auto attendant.

We have performed a restart on the system to rule out that a restart was not required.

This was working previously and randomly started to happen. No configuration changes were done on the system with the auto attendant prior to this issue randomly appearing.

We have tried recreating the greeting table that was being used as well as removed the auto attendant setting on the lines in use and then readding them.

We have also unchecked Enable General Delivery Mailbox and calls still go to the general mailbox.

We do not have Enable Redirection DN enabled.

Nothing to do with your issue.

You did not mention if it went right away or after so many rings.

Right away in most case means a set that has lines assigned to ring at it has forwarded their phone to vmail.
After so many rings usually indicates that the receptions Forward No Answer ring count is lesser then AA's ring count therefore a conflict.

This issue has been solved I believe. Turns out the secondary reception phone was set to forward all. On this phone the main line does not have a mailbox causing it to likely go to the general mailbox.

This would apply to Call Forward All, Forward No Answer and Forward On Busy.
If any of the above point to vmails DN but the set does not own a mailbox then it defaults to the General Delivery mailbox.
The same goes for Hunt Groups.
