We just bought a business that has a BCM200 running 3.5 and we are not able to connect to web config or wizards.
When we try to login to the web config we get "failed to connect to bcm server"
When we try to login to the wizards we get "BCM is not ready. Please try again later."
I can ssh into the system and when I go to system status monitor it says "Telephony Status Restarting VoIP SIP Gateway and its dependencies"
If I tried to go to System Configuration, Configuration Wizard, or diagnostics, it just loops me right back to the main menu.
The issue is the people at the building where the phone system is located are working fine on their phones. The other building that has IP phones are getting the message "No Ports Left"
We did just move these phones from their original subnet to a new subnet, so the phones have recently gotten new IP addresses from DHCP, I am not sure if this makes a difference.
Any help would be appreciated on the next steps I can try.
Thanks,
Troy
