Please help

I have a customer who has an existing 8x24 nortel system with 40 telephones and wants to upgrade to a system with VOIP. what do I need to put them into a BCM with 32 mail boxes and computer screen pops. when a customer calls in they can see who the customer is and have a complete record of that customer. I relise I also Have to work with trere IT person in order to tap into there computer server.
