Nortel BCM with PRI DID display blocked

Hi there! We just need to know in the Bcm software where is the place where I can handle DID names and numbers. The issue is basically the line provider is not getting the complete information of DID so their caller ID has been blocked.

You can program any number you want in the OLI# field if your carrier allows it.
