How can I wipe my BCM (not the CallPilot portion) and setup the basic Square template like on the MICS and CICS's? I have 3 incoming lines and want everyone to have access and call attendant.
Yes, I made them public and I removed them from the line pool. My client wants to access each line directly. Is there some kind of a setting that could be blocking this?
Lines 001-003 on the BCM are VOIP Trunks. What bus is your trunk module located on? What type of modules are you using in the system? GATM8,CTM8,GATM4, 4x16,DTM?
I made line 213, which works fine as a line pool line, a public line. I then set it up in the DN wizrd for the first button (normally set for line 1). After button programming has finished successfully, I go to one of the phones, pick up the handset and hit the button which was automatically assigned 213 and it says line not in service. What am I doing wrong???
No, would that accomplish what my client wants??? Are you suggesting that I not use the wizard and manually configure an extension (ex: Nick at 267)? He is bent on having the first 3 lines on the first 3 buttons so he can see if the line is in use. I prefer line pools myself.
Yes, if you get into configuration programming go to DN 267 under active sets-line assignment, set lines 211-213 to appear and ring, the should appear on the top left buttons on the phone depending on the model.
What do I have to set so that the company greeting picks up instead of randomly ringing to different extensions, which it just started doing after doing the above programming???

Of all of the above, which one are you talking about?
If you want the greeting to pick up you need to get into call pilot, Lines admin. under auto-attend. Find lines 211-213,set them to ans. in the greeting table you are using.
