Hello, I am fairly new to the BCM 50 system so forgive me.

I was wondering how to upload the keycode i have from the booklet. Thank You and have a great day

You need to log in to the avaya key code retrivial web site.

You will need a krs account enabled with avaya.

Then you enter the system I'd
Enter the key code.
Generate the new licence and download it.
Then upload and apply the licence.

Please note you will need a business partner to get this licence generated.
