Have a BCM 400 3.7 that autoshuts down ( phones work, but VM stops and so does all Data). It must hard powered down and back up to get all services back. This happens 2 - 3 times per week. The BCM 400 is brand new. Prior to this it was a BCM 200 3.7 doing the exact same thing. We upgraded from 3.6 to 3.7, we replaced the BFT and MSC. We blew it out and completly reprogrammed by hand. Nortel Tech support has arch logs and been into this switch on many occasions.
This box is being used as the router and has 1 remote location with a contivity 221 with an IPsec tunnel back to this BCM. There are 3 phones at the remote.
Several things Nortel level 2 hints around about make me beleive that others are having this issue as well. Anyone else?
