Hello All. We have a PRI T1 that all of our DID calls travel over (in and out).We have caller ID function if I were to get a call at my desk. However, we do not have caller ID function if I am on a call and a second call comes in on the roll-over line. My vendor says this is "normal" and BCM does not allow caller ID on the rollover. Is this true??
 
We have the exact same problem and were given the same answer, real pain. This is also an issue when using Answer DNs.

You can do a Feature 811 when the 2nd call rings and get the CLID info. We programed a hotkey on all our phone with this. (Stop Sign on the IP phones and Top righ on the desk phones.
 
That's what we were told as well but unless there is a programming change required it appers to behave the same since we upgraded to 3.6 from 3.5
