I have to replace our 12yr old Ericsson system with one of the following systems. Although we are a global organisation (90K employee's), there is no current interoffice standard for IP telephony (due to implementation cost) hence I am are treating this as a stand alone installation.
We are 30 users.
Our switched Network is HP Procurve XL
A. NORTEL BCM50 and I2001 IP/ I2002 IP / conf. unit
B. MITEL 3300CX and 5212 /5235 / 5310 conf. unit phone
Whichever system we use, it will be vastly better than what we have now. However, i am unable to decide which system is better.
All technical comments appreciated.
