Technically, the system ID is paired in a database with the original keycode to enable the BCM50. The only available without the keycode is the OAM port via ethernet eia/tia cable, ip address 10.10.11.1/255.255.254. Ethernet ports are not enabled without the initial keycode after a reset, the 2nd level reset, via the reset button at the port panel.
The software link to the vendor is obsolete so will look see for the algorithm vendor.

There is no such thing as a key code to enable the BCM, it is the different features on the BCM that are enabled by keycode such as trunk&digital ports or software etc.
As for Ethernet/OAM ports they do not require keycodes either.

Not sure what you mean by "software link"
Talk with a BCM vendor (or Avaya vendor) to discuss retrieval of the keycode via the KRS system.

As Curly has said, you need to search for a provider and one of the rules on this forum is that you can't advertise, but only to offer help and advice. There are now very few outlets available to get revised keycodes as Avaya is due to be shutting it down later on in the year.
